The end of the month signals higher sales closing and more expired/cancelled properties. July is proving to be on track with that trend. We’ll know final numbers for July in the next 7-10 days as all sold properties close out in MLS. As we stated last week, August is still looking to be a strong selling month. We’ll start laying the ground work to see September in the next few weeks with “under contract” properties and will keep you updated on what we see.
