The market is seeing a shift in regards to sellers. Buyers are making offers on multiple properties as summer ramps up and often aren’t disclosing that they are doing so. Because of this, we are having to sell a property to a buyer not 1 or 2 times but often 3 or 4 times by no fault of the Seller. This built up tension and lack of inventory is stirring the pot of emotions for home buyers and sellers. If you are seeing longer days on market, it may not be because something is “wrong” with the property, it could be that buyers are making more offers than they were before.
