Austin Market Update 2.27.17


The housing market in Austin remains tight. This week, we experienced a 1% uptick in inventory over the past week. Since Buyer demand is so high, we’re still seeing multiple offers for homes that are priced well. If there aren’t offers in 14 days, a price adjustment definitely should be considered. Buyers are eager to take advantage of low interest rates as the Fed has promised a rate hike later this year.
