The number of “sold homes” is up from February to March and “days on market” are down slightly. This is a nice indication that we should see the market continue to move into the Spring/Summer selling season. We still have a Buyer’s market of inventory for homes $350,000 and up and are still in a Seller’s market under $350,000 if the home is well updated.
