In Austin, the real estate market is still tight. We’re seeing an influx of people moving into the city this summer and it is impacting what buyers can purchase. I am amazed at what our team in Austin is doing on a daily basis to source off market properties for buyers. We’re seeing larger down payments and cash purchases win more here and are also seeing sellers go ahead and sell their property and rent or buy a hip pocket listing from a team member.
