That’s the theme for this week.  The market is in full swing, and spring is here. We are seeing little change in the market week over week which indicates that the market should stay steady for the next few weeks.  Listing inventory will continue to rise over the upcoming months. This is good news for Buyers but means more competition for Sellers. Act now and make price adjustments quick if needed to capitalize on spring pricing before the competition beats you to the punch.
