Keeping on top of your pricing if you are on the market means you take advantage of motivated buyers, price adjust in the next 7-10 days if you aren’t getting the traffic you want to make the most of your market.
As a Buyer:
Also, as a Buyer, there will be a surge in Buyer activity that happens with Buyers entering the market in March, looking now means you get access to homes that will already be under contract come mid-March. Acting earlier in the season not only gets you better pricing, it gets you a larger percentage of homes to look at with fewer Buyers competing for the same homes.
