Seychelle Van Poole Engelhard

Team CEO, Broker Associate, REALTOR®

Seychelle is a specialist in meeting the needs of sellers and buyers, and serves as the CEO and Team Director for Van Poole Properties Group with Keller Williams. Under her lead, Van Poole Properties Group has helped over 3,300 clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate. Seychelle is an expert negotiator, marketing and sales analyst, and is dedicated to making the buying and selling process stress-free and enjoyable.

Seychelle is a co-founder of “Her Best Life”, a national women’s group that hosts annual events and is comprised of some of the top female business leaders and influencers in the nation. She is the co-host of the Empire Building podcast which won the prestigoius Inman News “2021 Podcast of the Year”. Prior to joining Van Poole Properties Group in 2004, Seychelle worked in advertising at agencies in New York, Austin, and Dallas, and has a degree in Advertising from the University of Texas.

Seychelle spends her time in Dallas/Fort Worth and Northern Michigan and loves to travel with her husband, Nick, daughter Quinn, and their mostly sweet and a little salty dog named Hatari.

Barbara Van Poole

Barbara is the Team Founder of Van Poole Properties Group. The nature of her business is founded on exceptional service for her clients and building rewarding careers for her team. She truly believes “if you love what you do and who you work with, you’re going to be successful and have a fabulous time in the process!”

Barbara’s background includes 2006 – 2023 D Magazine “Best Realtor” designation, certification as a Broker, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). Barbara earned a degree and did post-graduate studies in Marketing and Interior Design at the University of Texas where she also taught in the College of Business Administration, developed Commercial Real Estate, and was a Marketing and Design Consultant.
